Who is responsible

The party responsible for handling this site's data is whoever maintains Ui Delícia (uidelicia.com.br). For anything to do with this policy — a question, or a request to access, correct or delete your data — write to leonardopolo.lbp@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Visit measurement: we count how many times each page was opened, which address the visitor came from and how long they stayed. That count is aggregated — it becomes one number a day, not a profile of you. It uses no cookie and does not store your IP address.
• Email list subscription: if you type your email in to receive new recipes, we keep that email so we can send them. Nothing more.

We do not ask for and do not keep identity documents, addresses, payment details or any sensitive information. There is no account and no login on this site.

Advertising

This site displays Google AdSense advertising. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. That data is collected by Google, not by us: we have no access to it and do not use it.

You can switch off ad personalisation at any time in Google's ad settings, at google.com/settings/ads, and review how Google uses data from partner sites at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Other advertisers can be managed at aboutads.info/choices.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site keeps working without them; only the ads become less related to what you usually see.

Who we share it with

We do not sell and do not trade your data. The only ones with access to it are the company that hosts the site, which stores the files and logs access in order to deliver them; and Google, for displaying the ads, as described above.

How long we keep it

The visit count is kept as an aggregate number, with no link to any person. The email on the list stays until you ask to leave.

Your rights

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you may at any time ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, and to leave the email list. Just write to leonardopolo.lbp@gmail.com. We answer as quickly as we can, and within 15 days at most.

Children

This site is not aimed at children and does not knowingly collect data from minors. If that has happened, write to the address above and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If anything changes in what the site collects, this page changes with it, and the date at the top becomes the date of the change.
